Information We Collect

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential client data, credentials, or regulated information through website forms or email unless we have agreed on a secure process.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule AI Clarity Calls, provide proposals, deliver services, manage client relationships, send relevant business communications where permitted, improve our website and services, and meet legal, accounting, and business record obligations.

AI Tool Use

We do not intentionally enter personal information from website inquiries into AI tools unless it is necessary for the requested service, the tool and use case have been reviewed, and appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may use AI tools to help draft internal notes or business communications, but we remain responsible for reviewing outputs.

Disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers that support email, scheduling, hosting, CRM, bookkeeping, and document management; professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and insurance brokers; approved subcontractors where required for client work; and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Consent and Business Communications

We may contact you about services where you have requested information, where we have an existing business relationship, where you have provided consent, or where another legal basis applies. You can ask us to stop sending marketing or business development messages.

Safeguards

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including business email and storage accounts, access controls, MFA where available, a password manager, device security, and data minimization. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
